We will also discuss whether another person’s help is needed or if the process can be done individually. If you don’t have time for the video call, you can also send me a video with all the information I need.

-Work Blocks (minimum 4 hours): The work is organized into blocks of at least 4 hours, where we will carry out the organization or decluttering process based on your needs.

-Maintenance System: I will explain a personalized system to help you maintain order in the long run, tailored to your habits and lifestyle.

-Material Acquisition: Depending on the client’s budget, I will acquire the necessary materials for the project, or we will work with materials already available in the home.

-Donation Load: Each visit will include a donation load, transporting everything that fits in the car to free up space and effectively reduce clutter.

PACKING AND UNPACKING

Free Diagnostic Video Call (30 minutes): During this session, we will evaluate your moving needs and determine the best approach for packing and unpacking. We’ll discuss whether you need assistance with both packing and unpacking or just one, and if extra help is needed. If you’re unable to schedule a video call, you can also send me a video with all the details I need.

Deep-Dive Consultation (60 minutes)
In this one-hour session, we’ll discuss your current challenges, daily habits, and goals. You’ll share pictures or videos of your space, and together, we’ll identify the best approach to organizing and decluttering in a way that fits your lifestyle.

Personalized Action Plan
After our conversation, I will create a step-by-step action plan tailored to your needs. This plan will include layout recommendations, storage solutions, and specific decluttering strategies.

Action Plan Review (30 minutes)
Once your plan is ready, we’ll have a follow-up call to go over the details. I’ll explain my recommendations, answer any questions, and make adjustments if needed to ensure you feel confident implementing the changes.

Free Follow-Up & Accountability (30 minutes)
If you’d like ongoing support, I offer additional sessions to track your progress, provide motivation, and refine your strategy as you put the plan into action, but this first one is free.
